How long will my order take to arrive?
Bienestar clothing is made to order — allow 2–5 business days for production plus 3–7 business days for UK delivery. Mindful Living, Wellness Essentials and Spiritual Growth items are usually dispatched the next working day. Full details are on our

How much does shipping cost?
Standard UK shipping is £3.99, and free on orders over £50.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently ship within the UK. If you're elsewhere and would like to order,
get in touch and we'll see what's possible.
My order arrived in more than one parcel — is that normal?
Yes. We work with a few different suppliers, so if your basket contains items from more than one department, they may ship separately and arrive on different days.
Returns & Refunds
What's your returns policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind on most items, and 14 further days to send it back once you've let us know. Full details, including a few items we can't accept back once opened (like oils and bath products), are on our

My item arrived faulty or damaged — what do I do?
Contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo if possible. We'll sort a free replacement or full refund, including return postage.
Who pays for return postage?
For change-of-mind returns, you cover return postage. If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong thing, we cover it.
How long does a refund take?
Once we've received and checked your returned item, refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Are your products genuinely sustainable?
Bienestar clothing is made from recycled and organic materials wherever possible — each product page lists its exact materials. Our wellness and spiritual products are sourced from a UK-based supplier who works with ethically-sourced materials.
How do I know what size to order?

An item I want is out of stock — will it come back?
Sometimes, depending on the supplier.
Message us and we'll let you know if a restock is expected.

No — you can check out as a guest. We'll just need your email address to send order updates.
