1. About us

positive4you.com is operated by Positive 4 Network, a sole trader business run by Richard Leslie, based in Denton, Manchester, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our products

We sell sustainable clothing (Bienestar), and wellness, mindfulness, and spiritual products across our Mindful Living, Wellness Essentials, and Spiritual Growth collections. Products are made to order or dispatched by our suppliers, so colours, textures, and exact appearance may vary slightly from photos — natural materials and handmade items in particular can vary piece to piece.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we'll contact you before processing the order, and you may cancel if you're not happy with the correct price.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email — this confirms we've received your order, not that we've accepted it. We may need to cancel or refuse an order in cases such as:

• The item is unexpectedly out of stock or discontinued by our supplier
• We identify a pricing or listing error
• We suspect fraudulent activity

If we cancel an order, you'll be refunded in full.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and we're not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (for example, courier delays).

6. Returns and refunds

Our full returns policy, including your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, is set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is owned by us or used under licence, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website — for example, by attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, submitting fraudulent orders, or using the site in any way that could damage or disrupt it for other users.

9. Limitation of liability

We provide our website and products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

10. Third-party links

Our website links to other sites within the Positive 4 family (Positive4Mind, Positive 4 Design) and to third-party services (such as our payment processor). We're not responsible for the content or practices of external websites.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or the law. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
